Business Education Committee

The Chamber’s Business and Education Committee has been in action since September of 2006. This dedicated group of professionals represents various local businesses and schools. The group has conducted or supported many events and activities to support career awareness among students in our community. Meetings take place the third Thursday of each month. • Generated a list of Professional Speakers to serve as
  Classroom Volunteers

MISSION STATEMENT

The Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce Business and Education Committee will serve to promote and assist with career development activities in area schools. The committee will offer opportunities for communication and collaboration between Juniata Valley area businesses and educational organizations in order to enhance the preparedness of all students to enter or advance in the workforce.
